Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved. • Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund. Prior orders are not eligible.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions will be made beyond this period, unless a longer guarantee period is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. In that case, the guarantee period stated on the product page controls.
Non-Eligible Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
• Refund requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
• Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window.

Orders where a refund has previously been issued to the same customer. International orders outside the United States.
